Source note · Teams voice routing policies and dial plans
The ExternalAccessPrefix and OptimizeDeviceDialing parameters have been removed from New-CsTenantDialPlan and Set-CsTenantDialPlan. Normalization rules now handle external access dialing, and Get-CsTenantDialPlan shows the external access prefix as a normalization rule.
