One-way or no audio on SIP Gateway calls where signalling works is most plausibly caused by blocked outbound UDP 49152-53247 to 52.112.0.0/14 and 52.122.0.0/15, since TCP 5061 can succeed independently; Microsoft does not document this diagnosis.
