For bulk sign-in, the tenant ID must be added to the device provisioning URL (for example http://noam.ipp.sdg.teams.microsoft.com/tenantid/<tenant-GUID>, with /$PSN.xml appended for Cisco and mac.ini for analog lines on AudioCodes ATAs).
