Common area phones can be signed in without touching the device through the SIP remote login portal (aka.ms/sipremotelogin) by authenticating as the common area phone account, choosing the NOAM, EMEA or APAC region and entering the MAC address as XX-XX-XX-XX-XX-XX, provided the bulk sign-in prerequisites are in place.
