Microsoft lists Poly VVX models with minimum firmware 5.9.5; approved firmware is 5.9.7.3480 for VVX300, 310, 400, 410, 500 and 600, and 6.4.x builds for the other VVX models such as VVX250, 350 and 450 (6.4.6.2656).
