For Cisco IP Phone 8800 Series phones, Cisco states phones migrated with firmware later than 11.3.3 can revert to enterprise firmware without extra licensing via factory reset and UCM upgrade rules, while phones migrated with 11.2.3 need an MPP-to-enterprise license to revert.
