For Cisco IP Phone 7800 Series phones, Cisco requires a per-device enterprise-to-MPP migration license (SKU L-CP-E2M-78XX-CNV=) for conversions not destined for Webex Calling, and the phone must run enterprise firmware 14.2.1SR1 or later for the procedures to work.
