A bulk sign-in request is a CSV with Username (UPN) and HardwareId (MAC as xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx, or with :001-style port suffix for ATA ports) submitted with New-CsSdgBulkSignInRequest -DeviceDetailsFilePath <csv> -Region NOAM, EMEA or APAC, and its progress is read with Get-CsSdgBulkSignInRequestStatus -Batchid.
