Source note · Teams Rooms and common area phones calling
Field pattern: after Teams app update 1449/1.0.94.2024092304, Yealink MP54 phones in CommonAreaPhoneSignIn mode with Direct Routing lost the virtual dial pad and the physical keypad stopped responding, while inbound calls still worked. A community workaround was to enable common area GAL search temporarily and move to 1449/1.0.94.2024101709.
