Using Set-CsUser for Microsoft Teams users in commercial and GCC clouds is deprecated in favour of Set-CsPhoneNumberAssignment and Remove-CsPhoneNumberAssignment, including its -EnterpriseVoiceEnabled and -OnPremLineURI parameters.
