SIP Gateway provisioning server URLs are http://emea.ipp.sdg.teams.microsoft.com, http://noam.ipp.sdg.teams.microsoft.com and http://apac.ipp.sdg.teams.microsoft.com. They are set through DHCP option 66 for Yealink and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, or option 160 for Cisco, Poly and AudioCodes. Cisco devices also need /$PSN.xml appended.
