Remote provisioning of a Teams Android device happens in the Teams Pro Management Portal, in this order: upload the device's ethernet MAC address or hardware ID under Planning > Android Devices; generate a verification code; a technician enters the code on the device under Settings > Provision device; the admin then completes sign-in remotely with the code shown, at microsoft.com/devicelogin.
