Source note · Teams phones and certified devices
The OEM supplies Android OS and firmware updates to Microsoft for certification, and they are distributed through the Teams admin center or Pro Management Portal. Firmware installed through an OEM's own service must be certified and available in TAC or PMP for the device to be eligible for Microsoft support.
