Source note · Troubleshooting Teams Operator Connect numbers and calls
In the Teams admin center PSTN usage report, Operator Connect calls appear on the Calling Plans tab, which groups Calling Plans and Operator Connect, and the Operator column shows the customer's PSTN carrier.
