With an Operator Connect Conferencing licence, outbound calls from Teams meetings can only go through the operator, and they fail to reach PSTN numbers unless an Audio Conferencing Routing policy with a voice route whose BridgeSourcePhoneNumber is an Operator Connect Conferencing bridge number is configured and assigned.
