Source note · Setting up Microsoft Teams Operator Connect
In a hybrid deployment with on-premises Active Directory, any number stored in the msRTCSIP-Line attribute of the user or resource account must be removed and synchronized to Microsoft 365 before an Operator Connect number can be assigned.
