Source note · Teams location-based routing
In the Teams admin center, LBR is turned on for a gateway under Voice > Direct Routing > SBCs by editing the SBC, turning on 'Enable location based routing' under 'Location based routing and media optimization', and specifying the gateway site ID and bypass mode.
