Source note · Teams emergency calling and location policies
For Direct Routing, the PSTN gateway must have PidfloSupported set to True (Set-CsOnlinePSTNGateway, or the Teams admin center toggle 'SBC supports PIDF/LO for emergency calls') so that location information is added to the outgoing emergency INVITE.
