Source note · Setting up dynamic emergency calling in Microsoft Teams
For a client to obtain a location, the LIS must be populated with network identifiers (subnets, wireless access points, switches, ports) mapped to emergency locations, either in Teams admin center under Locations > Networks & locations (add one at a time or upload a CSV/TSV template) or with the Get-, Set- and Remove- forms of the CsOnlineLisSubnet, CsOnlineLisPort, CsOnlineLisWirelessAccessPoint and CsOnlineLisSwitch cmdlets.
