Microsoft groups four Direct Routing SBC connectivity symptoms: SIP OPTIONS not received, TLS connection problems, the SBC not responding, and the SBC marked inactive in the Teams admin center. It attributes them mostly to TLS certificate problems, SBC misconfiguration for Direct Routing, or both.
