Source note · Troubleshooting Teams Direct Routing
A Microsoft response code starting with 560 means the final SIP response was generated by the SBC, and its last three digits are that SIP code (for example 560403 is a 403 from the SBC). Microsoft says to start with the SBC logs and the SBC vendor. Any other Microsoft response code means a Microsoft service generated the final response.
