Microsoft response code 531000 with SIP 488 has two forms. CannotSupportAnyMedia means the SBC offered no acceptable media format, so check its codec configuration. SrtpEncryptionRequired means the SBC didn't offer SRTP, so enable SRTP on the SBC.
