Source note · Teams Phone Direct Routing and SBC certification
The Direct Routing signaling FQDNs resolve to 52.112.0.0/14 and 52.120.0.0/14 (IPv6: 2603:1063:400::/40). Microsoft says the firewall must allow all of these ranges, not only the addresses returned by DNS.
