Cisco's Local Gateway guide for Webex Calling configures voice class srtp-crypto with crypto 1 AES_CM_128_HMAC_SHA1_80 as the only cipher suite CUBE offers or answers toward Webex Calling, and enables srtp on the Webex Calling dial-peer.
