Source note · SIP OPTIONS pings and trunk keepalives
The dashboard's SIP options status can be Active (OPTIONS arriving on a regular interval), 'Warning, no SIP options' (the SBC is configured to send them but none have ever been seen), or 'Warning, SIP Messages aren't configured' (OPTIONS trunk monitoring is off).
