Source note · Using RingCentral calling with Microsoft Teams
The embedded app OAuth connection is made in the Admin Portal under More > Account Settings > Microsoft Teams > Embedded App > Connect via OAuth, signing in as a Microsoft 365 admin and consenting on behalf of the organisation, then choosing to install for all, multiple or a single user.
