To convert a supported Poly CCX phone to a Zoom Phone Appliance, the admin selects 'Zoom Phone' as the Base Profile in the phone's startup menu. Zoom documents separate workflows for new phones, phones from another provider, phones previously used with Microsoft Teams, and phones already on Zoom Phone in SIP mode.
