The Unity Connection phone system setting 'Use Same Port for Enabling and Disabling MWIs' is checked when the integration uses the same voice messaging port to turn an MWI on and off; Cisco says to uncheck it together with 'Force All MWIs Off for This Phone System' to disable that behaviour without leaving MWIs on for users with no messages.
