Source note · One SBC serving several calling platforms
Zoom fails over from an SBC when OPTIONS marks it down or when it answers an INVITE with 403, 408, 480, 488, 500, 502, 503, 504 or 606. It then tries the other active SBCs in the route group, then the backup route group, then the backup region.
