The OpenSIPS dispatcher module (master branch README) offers algorithms 0 to 10: 0 Call-ID hash, 1 From URI hash, 2 To URI hash, 3 request URI hash, 4 weighted round-robin, 5 authorization username hash, 6 random, 7 custom PV hash, 8 first entry in the set, 9 load-based via pvar_algo_pattern and 10 ordering by an algo_route callback.
