On Catalyst 9300, 'switchport voice vlan' takes four options. A vlan-id (1-4094) makes the phone send voice traffic in that VLAN with 802.1Q priority 5. dot1p makes it use 802.1p frames tagged with VLAN 0. untagged makes it send untagged voice traffic. none lets the phone use its own configuration.
