To check TFTP settings on an 8800 phone, go to Applications > Admin settings > Network setup > Ethernet setup > IPv4 setup > TFTP Server 1. When the phone uses DHCP it gets the TFTP address from the DHCP server, so the administrator should check that the address is configured in option 150.
