Source note · Genesys Cloud CX routing and Architect flows
Crosswalk: Architect's Transfer to ACD action plays roughly the role of the Queue Contact activity in Webex Contact Center Flow Designer. Both put the contact in a queue and set its priority, but they state priority differently: Genesys treats one priority point as about one minute of wait time, while Webex says the highest-priority contact across all queues goes to the next available agent.
