Source note · Troubleshooting Genesys Cloud BYOC trunks
On August 10, 2026 Genesys announced that, in an unspecified future release, the Dynamic Cloud Voice Platform will become the default for all new BYOC Cloud trunks and the option to create new trunks on the legacy platform will be removed; existing trunks keep their current platform unless an administrator migrates them.
