Source note · Five9 IVR and Studio
Five9 Engagement Workflow adds guidance to digital-channel routing, and much of it resides in the IVR. By default it routes customer email replies to agents holding the original interaction's skill, and it can be extended with custom Drools files configured through the Five9RulesEngine IVR module.
