Source note · Setting up a Five9 inbound campaign
For toll-free numbers the customer owns, Five9 says to have the carrier forward calls to a DID number provided by Five9 and add that DID to the campaign, or alternatively to move the toll-free numbers to Five9 through the RESPORG process by contacting the account manager.
