Source note · Setting up a Five9 inbound campaign
A campaign profile is assigned by opening the campaign's properties, selecting Advanced Mode on the General tab, selecting the profile, and clicking Apply or Save; the profile is applied the next time the campaign is started, and starting in Basic mode runs the campaign without a profile.
