With an SBC ELIN application under Teams Direct Routing, the SBC matches the caller's dynamic emergency location to an ELIN record, replaces the caller's number with the ELIN, and routes the call to the PSAP, which gets the location from the ELIN record uploaded to the PSTN emergency database. On a callback to the ELIN, the application reverses the substitution.
