Source note · Network-based location for E911 across platforms
A Windows client with a stateful DHCPv6 address can report a /128 prefix, so Teams LIS computes the full address as the network ID and does not match a /64 LIS subnet, even though the same client can still match a /64 network site and receive its emergency policies.
Checked 2026-10-14
A successful network-site match doesn't confirm that the client obtained an emergency address.
