In Webex for BroadWorks, the tag EMERGENCY_REDSKY_USER_LOCATION_PROMPTING_WXT controls when the Webex App prompts for an unknown location, defaulting to once_per_login, with 'aggressive' prompting on every network change to an unknown location.
