One row of the Cisco-specific cause code table is internally inconsistent: the BAD_EXTENSION row (CCM_SIP_420_BAD_EXTENSION) gives a decimal value of 83886207 against a hexadecimal value of 0x1500007F, which is 352321663. That decimal does not match any other row's decimal in the table, including the NOT_FOUND row's (CCM_SIP_404_NOT_FOUND), which is 83886081 and agrees with its own hex 0x5000001.
