SIP Gateway provisioning server URLs are regional - emea.ipp.sdg.teams.microsoft.com, noam.ipp.sdg.teams.microsoft.com and apac.ipp.sdg.teams.microsoft.com - and for Cisco devices the URL must have /$PSN.xml appended and is delivered with DHCP option 160.
