Pairing is verified by running Get-CsOnlinePSTNGateway and confirming the SBC appears with Enabled set to True, and by confirming in the SBC management interface that outgoing OPTIONS receive 200 OK and that the SBC answers incoming OPTIONS from Direct Routing with 200 OK.
