New-CsOnlinePSTNGateway has an IPAddressVersion option of IPv4 or IPv6, and when IPv6 is set the SBC must use IPv6 for both signalling and media, with media bypass unsupported and mixed IPv6/IPv4 SIP and media unsupported.
