Source note · CUCM to Teams Phone migration
When numbers are ported into Calling Plans from Direct Routing or Operator Connect, preassignment is not allowed: in the United States and Canada the existing assignment can be maintained provided a Calling Plan licence and emergency location are in place before port completion, and outside the United States and Canada the numbers transfer in unassigned.
