A Direct Routing deployment requires a Microsoft-certified SBC, one or more PSTN trunks connected to the SBC, a Microsoft 365 tenant hosting Teams users homed online, one or more verified domains (not *.onmicrosoft.com), a public IP reachable by Teams, an SBC FQDN registered in the tenant, a public DNS entry for that FQDN, and a trusted public certificate.
