In Release 15 the call is failed when Fail Call If Trusted Relay Point Allocation Fails is True regardless of the MTP parameter; when it is False and Fail Call If MTP Allocation Fails is True the call is failed if the MTP is required for an H.323 endpoint but not if it is required for a SIP endpoint; when both are False the call is not failed.
