With the Circular algorithm, if a call to a logged-off agent is rejected with a reject type other than Huntlogout, the circular index does not increment and the next call goes to the same agent.

When a call is extended to an agent in logged off state and rejected with reject type other than 'Huntlogout' type, the index will not increment and the call goes to same agent.
