Source note · Setting up Extension Mobility in Unified CM
Extension Mobility services are activated in Cisco Unified Serviceability under Tools > Service Activation: select the node, then activate Cisco CallManager, Cisco Tftp, Cisco Extension Mobility and ILS Service, and save.
