Source note · Setting up Extension Mobility in Unified CM
A user device profile is created at Device > Device Settings > Device Profile: Add New, choose the Device Profile Type and then the Device Protocol, configure and save, then under Association Information click Add a new DN, enter the directory number, save, and click Reset.
